NCVEI- Please select which type of profile you want to create

As a VetPartners member, you may access any or all of the three benchmarking tool sections listed below. You must, however, set up a SEPARATE username/password and profile for each set of tools. You can use the same VetPartners NCVEI # to create the three usernames & profiles but the actual username must be different for each category of tools. Within each category of tools (referral practice, referral doctor and general practice) you have two options:

1. Create a limited functionality (test) profile using your NCVEI # issued by VetPartners

   A limited functionality account will let you access the tools and resources of the website but no data entered will be retained in the database. You must answer all of the questions in the profile as if you had a practice. If you can’t find or never received a VetPartners NCVEI #, call 847-925-1230 to get your number.

2. Create a live account

   If you want to enter client data, you will need the AVMA or AAHA membership number of one of the doctors in the practice. The profile questions should be answered using information about your client’s practice.
